Due to the perishable nature of our exotic snacks, we prioritize food safety and generally do not accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement process.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of any damaged or incorrect snack items.
- 2.Verification Review
Our quality control team will review your submission to verify the issue and ensure it meets our freshness and safety standards.
- 3.Return Authorization
If a return of unopened product is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days, or a fresh replacement will be shipped out immediately.
